Mesh banners are made for outdoor use in windy conditions. The material is an approximately 9 oz vinyl mesh with interwoven fibers. About 70% of the surface is solid vinyl for printing, and the remaining ~30% consists of tiny holes that are virtually unnoticeable from a few feet away. This construction allows wind to flow through, greatly reducing the “sail effect” that can pull on banners and cause tearing. Even with the perforations, your design still appears bright and vivid, thanks to our high-quality printing on the dense mesh.

• Weatherproof Mesh: Made of high-quality PVC-coated polyester mesh that resists water, wind, and fading. Rain and sunlight are no problem—these banners won’t soak up water, and our UV-resistant inks keep the colors bold.
• Wind-Resistant Design: Thousands of micro-holes in the mesh let wind pass through easily, reducing strain on the banner and preventing it from ripping or collapsing in strong gusts. This makes mesh banners perfect for high-wind locations like chain-link fences, scaffolding, parade barriers, or building exteriors.
• Vibrant Full-Color Print: Even on perforated mesh, we print in full color with excellent resolution. The mesh’s 70% print surface still achieves great color accuracy and visibility for your graphics. Your message remains easy to read both up close and from a distance.
• Reinforced Edges & Easy Hanging: We hem all edges and include metal grommets as a standard on mesh banners to add strength and make hanging simple. You can also request pole pockets or use optional adhesive tabs for extra support at stress points. (For best results, use all provided grommets to distribute force evenly when installing.)
• Long-Lasting Outdoors: Built for outdoor durability, mesh banners can endure sun and wind for extended periods (often 2+ years with proper care). They roll up easily for storage and are reusable—just be sure to clean and dry them before storing to prolong their life.
