Table runners are incredibly versatile and cost-effective. If you already have plain tablecloths (like a black or white one), you can simply drape a custom-printed runner on top to achieve a branded look. The runner typically hangs down in front of the table as a vertical banner for your logo or slogan, while leaving the rest of the tabletop open for products, brochures, or décor.
Key features include:
- Standard Sizes: Common runner widths are 24″, 30″, or 36″, and they usually run 72″–80″ long. This sizing lets them lay nicely over a 6 ft or 8 ft table with a bit of overhang on both ends, creating an attractive stripe down the front. We can also produce custom lengths if you need a runner for longer tables or a specific drape effect.
- Quality Fabric: Made from the same high-quality polyester as our table throws, our runners are fire-retardant and machine-washable. All edges are hemmed for a clean finish. The fabric has a slight weight to it, which helps it stay in place on the table without sliding around.
- Eye-Catching Graphics: The front “drop” of the runner (the part hanging in front of the table) is where you’ll typically center your main design—such as your logo, tagline, or artwork—since that’s what attendees see first. We print in full color, so you can cover the entire runner with any background color or pattern as well. Many customers choose a runner in their brand color with a large, contrasting logo for maximum impact.
- Flexible Use: You can use runners on bare tables or lay them on top of an existing tablecloth. For instance, a colored runner over a contrasting tablecloth can really make your brand colors pop. One runner can also work on various table sizes: on a small cocktail table it may cover most of the surface, while on a larger banquet table it serves as an accent centered in the middle.
- Portable & Lightweight: Easy to fold and carry, a table runner is ideal if you travel to many events and need to pack light. It folds down to practically nothing (small enough for a briefcase or tote bag) and sets up in seconds—just position it on the table for instant branding. If it gets dirty, toss it in the wash and it’s ready to go again.
